They each bring something special to the pan: a little nuttiness, a touch of sweetness, classic umami, and a variety of textures. Sautee them together then add to stir-fries, pastas, or whatever you’re making. Toss chestnuts into the pan first (they take longer to cook), then oysters, then lion’s mane since it cooks more quickly.
